Processing & Dispatch Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Delivery Times We ship via Australia Post and trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

Lost or Damaged Orders We want every Jocose Resources order to arrive safely and in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at info@jocoseresources.com.au within 14 days of your expected delivery date and we'll make it right — whether that's being resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly, a replacement or a refund. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of www.jocoseresources.com.au.
